OMG....Puppies!!!

So, I was outside piddling on the cars when Sandy left for work. I thought I would make a quick run to wal-mart and home depot. When I got back, I quickly realized we forgot to put puppies back in the kennel and we had left a brand new roll of paper towels on the floor. Here are a few pictures of the aftermath.

Three Days off and it Might Rain

Sandy has the next three days off, so we are planning to get out and see some more of Texas, but for the first time in four or five months there is a forecast for rain. We are still planning on driving to San Antonio and see the Alamo and the river walk. I am sure that both of us will have photos to post next week. We also want to take the pups to a park and get them some more exercise. We have not been able to get out and see the sites as often as we would like, but maybe this next month we will.

One Month Down

Today completed our first month on the road. We had a few issues, but overall it has gone well. The water leaks have FINALLY all been fixed. I installed a nice little air compressor last week to air up tires. Last week during the two day cold spell I kind of forgot to check propane levels and ran out at 1:00 am when it was 29 degrees outside. No fun at all. The puppies are doing great and not waking us up in the after noon as we try to sleep anymore. I still have not found a part-time job here, but am keeping plenty busy cooking, cleaning, washing clothes, walking puppies, and other things. We are having to get back into the final details of wedding planning. it is down to about 6 weeks now. the entire month of March is bound to be VERY stressful for both of us, and we don't even know where we are are going for the next assignment. maybe New England, maybe Wyoming, maybe Penn or Virgina. we just don't know.
